Genie joined Micromail in April 2021 as our Commercial Operations Manager. Her focus is on building and promoting new products to meet our customers’ demands and needs in changing environments. Prior to joining Micromail, Genie has 18 years’ experience in the financial services sector, delivering solutions in compliance and regulation, divestments, business banking systems, straight through payment processing, treasury, and accounting systems. Throughout her career she has worked for Bank of Scotland (Ireland), Halifax and Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) and finally with IBM Global Business Services as program delivery executive for a Lloyds Banking Group strategic outsource, ultimately closing LBG in Ireland. Genie holds a BS Hon in Maths an Physics and a Higher Diploma in Computational Physics.
