Having started out as a mail order company in 1987 selling IT books and software, we evolved with the IT industry, from PCs and Macs through Novell and Windows networks, to the Internet and Cloud Computing, all the time developing our software licensing competency.
Micromail Limited was incorporated in 1994. Today we are owned by Ergo, a leading Irish IT solutions player, but continue to trade and grow as an independent company, a prominent provider of vendor-independent advice and strategic licensing support to corporate, government and educational institutions.
We have a special place in the Microsoft ecosystem. Winning the Microsoft Ireland Reseller of the Year award in 1994 was the first public recognition of our expertise in Microsoft sales and consultancy. Our Microsoft business continued to grow through hard work and a consistent focus on customer service. In 1999, we were appointed a Microsoft Large Account Reseller and became Enterprise Software Advisors in 2001. We were named Microsoft Ireland’s Licensing Solutions Partner of the Year in successive years from 2016-2018.
